DATA HANDLING PRACTICES

Six Ways We Protect Your Account Data

We apply multiple layers of technical and organisational controls to keep your data safe and to give you meaningful control over what we hold.

Encryption at Rest and in Transit

All personal data stored on our servers is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256. Data moving between your browser or app and our servers travels over TLS 1.2 or higher, so your account details and payment references cannot be intercepted in transit.

Cookie Controls You Can Manage

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to understand which pages you visit. You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie settings panel accessible from the footer of every page.

Account Security Alerts

If we detect a login from an unfamiliar device or an unusual IP address, we send an immediate alert to your registered mobile number and email. You can then confirm or deny the access attempt directly from that notification.

Data Retention Windows

We keep your account data for the period your account remains active plus the minimum duration required by applicable Indian law. Once that window closes, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised so they can no longer be linked back to you.

Your Right to Request Access

You can ask us at any time to provide a copy of the personal data we hold on your account. We will send it in a structured, readable format within five working days of verifying your identity through the channel you contacted us on.

Third-Party Data Sharing Limits

We only share your data with payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with service providers who are contractually bound to handle data on our behalf under terms no less strict than this policy.

Your Privacy Questions Answered

The questions below cover the data rights most commonly raised by account holders in India. If yours is not listed here, reach us through live chat or our privacy email and we will respond within five working days with a clear, specific answer about your account data.

We collect your name, email address, registered mobile number and date of birth at account opening. If you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also store a transaction reference and the payment method type — never your PIN or wallet password.

Submit a data access request through live chat, our privacy email, or the in-app Help Centre form. Verify your identity with your registered mobile number, and we will send a structured copy of your account data within five working days.

Yes. You may request erasure of your personal data at any time. We will delete or anonymise all personal identifiers once your account closure is processed and any legally mandated retention period under applicable Indian law has passed.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We share it only with payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions and with contracted service providers who are bound by data-handling terms as strict as our own policy.

We retain your data for the minimum period required under applicable Indian law after account closure. Once that period ends, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised so they cannot be linked back to your former account.

We use essential cookies that keep your session active and analytics cookies that show us which pages are visited. You can turn off non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie settings panel in the page footer — your preference is saved immediately.

Contact our privacy team via the dedicated privacy email or the in-app Help Centre form. Describe the concern and include your registered mobile number. We will acknowledge your report within two working days and provide a full response within five.
